At Vazlira SRL we handle personal information with the responsibility required by Bolivian Law N° 164 on Telecommunications, Information Technologies and Communication, as well as internationally recognised data protection principles. This document describes what information we collect, how we use it and what rights you have as a user of vazlira.com.
1. Data controller

2. Information we collect
We only collect the data you voluntarily share through the contact form (name, email address and message) and the information generated automatically by your browser when you accept analytical or advertising cookies, such as anonymised IP address, device type, operating system and pages visited.
3. Purposes of the processing
We use your information to answer commercial enquiries, to send information about active opportunities when you request it, to measure the site's performance and, when you grant consent, to display relevant advertising on Google platforms. We never sell your data to third parties.
4. Legal basis
The processing is based on your express consent, granted when you submit the form or when you accept specific cookie categories. You may withdraw this consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of any prior processing.
5. Retention
Data submitted through the form is retained for a maximum period of twenty-four months from the last contact, unless there is an ongoing contractual relationship. Browsing data is retained according to the period defined by each technology provider (for example, Google Analytics 4 and Google Ads).
6. Recipients
We may share your data with technology providers acting as data processors under contract, including email, web hosting and Google measurement tools. All of them operate under recognised security standards.

Some providers process information outside Bolivia. In those cases we apply standard contractual clauses or equivalent mechanisms that guarantee an adequate level of protection.

You may request access, rectification, updating, objection or deletion of your personal data by writing to contacto@vazlira.com from the email address you registered with. We respond to every request within a maximum of fifteen business days.
